Front Office Strategy Developer

Description:

Work with Front Office Portfolio Management Team to build and deploy Systematic Trading Strategies for a growing Systematic Hedge Fund based in NYC.

Experience with Python, Financial Market Data and front-end dashboard visualization. 

Fixed Income or Credit Trading experience preferred, but not required. 

Qualifications

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong Python skills
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
• Strong business analyst and communication skills

Preferred
• Knowledge with a variety of financial products, especially MBS and rates
• Familiarity with a variety of financial datasets
• Experience working directly with PMs, analysts, and quants
• Experience building dashboards and user interfaces for data presentation and visualization, ideally in a modern JavaScript framework (e.g. React)
